It was a good interview. I feel as though the questions asked were fair and to the point of the job. I feel as though the management at the store cared about getting to know me and to make sure I would be a good fit with the team.

After submitting myapplication through the Target Careers portal, i completed a brief, automated assessment of mywork availability and job-related skills. i then received an email invitation to complete a recorded video interview, where i was asked 5–8 pre-recorded questions. For each prompt, i received 2 minutes of preparation time and up to 3 minutes to record my answer.
