The interview process was really easy, they just ask basic questions, asking how many hours you want, and if you can work on holidays. You can get a target discount, which is good.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure
