Participated in both a phone interview and an in-person interview. Both interviewers were personable and efficient, showed genuine interest in my answers, and gave immediate feedback on how they thought I would fit the job position.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure
