Easy, fast & friendly. Asking about previous experiences in customer service. How you handled clients that are not happy. Responding with clarity and truthfully, then you will be fine. I eellike Target always has nice customer service.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure
