Interview
Was called to interview within a week of applying. Quick two person interview, was told it would be two separate interviews, but the TL and ETL were both free so they conducted both interviews back to back. Simple retail interview questions about efficiency, speed, how to deal with an angry customer, or a customer that does not speak a language you can speak. Closing duties were discussed and hours of the position/scheduling, straight forward. Was offered the job about 2-3 hours after the interview.

It's all virtual now 😮💨 I have virtual interviews, but overall it wasn't difficult to do. Just make sure you use the test recordings to really work out any kinks in your answers so youre not stumbling over your words 😅

Basic interview questions. What would you do in this situation to help the guest?
Short and straight to the point. They tell you the job duties and ask you questions to see if you are up to the task. They were very friendly and were more than happy to explain.
