Typically a two part interview. If they send you out after the first one, don't expect a call back. Be prepared for basics...why do you want to work for Target, what are your strengths/opportunities, do you have any related experience.

Question 1
All of the questions ask for you to tell a story about a specific situation. Don't generalize the questions. Tell me about working with a group to accomplish its goals.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
