Target Inbound Expert interview questions

The interview process involved recording yourself answering questions, with 3 retries allowed for each question. There was also a time limit, but you're told the question in advance and there's no pressure of anybody watching you.

The review process was straight forward. The HR person has a list of questions to ask and they fill.it out and normally get back to you later. I was offered a job on the spot.
