Target Cashier interview questions

The interview was relatively laid-back, a team leader asked me about 5-6 behavioral and experience related questions over the course of the 30 minute interview. The questions were centered around past experience in retail jobs as well as my personal qualities and personality traits that would be beneficial when working at a company such as Target.

simple, straight forward, never went in to any real qualifications. only asked one question and the interview was based on that one response. I found it unhelpful and confusing as to what what wrong with my well articulated response because i knew that question was coming.
