Target Cashier interview questions

The interview process is simple. I had met with a manager and she was very nice. My friend also works there and referred me to the company. Flexible hours and shifts to accommodate.

They were welcoming to everyone, though I did have to wait for a while. I arrived early, but the interview was held 30 minutes later than scheduled. It was a one-on-one interview, not a group session. There are two rounds of interviews. They let you know on the spot if you were hired!
