Met in person after phone, very polite. Good listener and explained benefits. When asked about the working hours there seemed to be a larger amount of hours than I wanted
It is easy but in order to stand out you must look and sound professional, and enthusiastic. The interview is about 3 questions so be prepared to talk and thoroughly answer each question.
One phone interview and one in person interview. They will ask you some situational questions about how you behaved. They will ask you to provide relevant examples from your life that would help with the job
