I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Alexandria, VA) in Nov 2024
Interview
I had a very bad experience with the interview. The phone interview went well, but once he saw me, I could tell something was up. It was the first time I had been interviewed by someone that kept imagining racist situations and asked me questions about them. I felt very uncomfortable and I felt like it was a personal attack. I did my best to stay professional, but I left the interview feeling really discouraged. I tried to brush it off as a bad experience, but I couldn't help but feel discouraged. I knew I would never want to work for this company, and I didn't want to waste any more time on them.
( I have BS and MBA and 7 years of experience plus I do speak 3 languages )

I applied online. I interviewed at Target (New York, NY)
Interview
Multiple rounds of interviews, starting with the HR team and usually meeting with the VP in NYC as the last step in the process. They ask situationally based questions as their interview style and technique.
Structured interview process with questions in a guide that were scored. I was able to meet several of leadership team during the interview. I had a great experience and was impressed with the culture.
