TP Customer Service Representatives interview questions

Overall, the process was fast, smooth and structured. Standard initial interview and account specific and language tests. The initial interview was with a HR person alone. Questions did not deviate from the contents of our resume. I passed and moved on to the skills tests. We did online typing and basic language exams. Afterwards, the final interview was conducted wherein a series of questions on commitment, skills and related information was asked of us. Some interviews are done in groups some one on one. I received a job offer after a few days.
