Interview
The interview process was surprisingly smooth and remarkably fast, an unexpectedly delightful experience. The interviewer was exceptionally friendly and refreshingly chill, creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, which made the entire experience quite pleasant, efficient, and even genuinely enjoyable. I felt at ease throughout.
It was a straightforward process. They have initia questions on the phone and then most of them are repeated online (camera interview). They ask all the usual stuff-- you're asked to talk about previous experience, make a brief introduction and then they throw in a weird one to see how you'll respond like "describe a challenge you overcame".
