Fui a una entrevista en Teleperformance para el puesto de agente de servicio al cliente. El proceso fue bastante rápido: primero una entrevista telefónica donde preguntaron sobre mi disponibilidad, manejo de herramientas digitales y nivel de inglés. Luego tuve una entrevista por videollamada con una supervisora, que fue amable y clara. Me explicaron bien las funciones del puesto y los horarios. No llegamos a una oferta final, fue una experiencia positiva y profesional.
