Interview
First there was a preliminary interview with a recruiter and if you passed that, they would give you a second interview, sometimes in the same day. The first interview is in a room off from the lobby and the second one is upstairs on the production floor. If you pass both interviews they will not tell you right away. They take you back to the lobby and then talk to the recruiter then either the recruiter or the supervisor tell you that you got the job. After that you get a drug test scheduled and when you bring the results back they give you a start date.
