They will first call you and ask you to come to the office for an assesment. At the office you will do an English assesment on the phone, and if you get a passing level you will also get interviewed by a project manager, who will read your resume and ask you questions about it. They will explain the project and what your position will mostly look like. None of the stages of the interview were difficult.
