Interview
Normally interview process involves written test, HR interview, technical interview and then interview with MD/Director. Written test involves few basic questions related to accounting, Aptitude test tax etc. MD/Director just check the communication skills and the attitude of the person.

it depends on the person taking the interview. Since I was helping the company before joining it. There are few HR questions related to "tell me about yourself" etc.
