Interview
First you get a phone interview. After that you receive a call to set up a face to face interview. At that interview you meet with HR and they will set you up with a second interview. The second interview is with the supervisor. At this interview I was informed that they don't really hire women for the position I applied for which kinds threw me off a bit because I have prior experience doing the exact same thing in the same environment. That's as far as I got before getting a rejection email. I'm pretty sure I was only interviewed and even made it that far so they can't get in trouble for discrimination, at least that's the easy that comment dieing my second interview made me feel. I've been turned down for jobs before but never have I felt it was because of my gender which is a shame because I know I could have proven them wrong and shown them we are perfectly capable since I currently work on cars which is also viewed as a mans job since I get that comment every day at work. I was just looking for better income and advancement opportunity which my current employer doesnt offer. If you are a female I wouldn't waste your time or get your hopes up.

3 part Process,
1 Phone
2 Video
3 Face to Face
Very intuitive, and extensive. Definitely intriguing and worthwhile. Excited to see how this job opportunity pans out. The asked a multiple amount of questions regarding background employment history.
It was really rushed, and you felt a little bombarded by two people who just through questions at you for 3 minutes then the interview was over. They cram the interviews in like this because they have so many applicants. But they are missing the key qualities in a lot of applicants.
