AVOID: Sysco’s lazy HR team uses an AI interview software to screen candidates. They don’t even have the decency to pair you with another human being. Incredibly dehumanizing experience, shows a total lack of respect for employees right off the bat. Look—if your goal is to hire people for *sales* positions, AI interview software is not the way to go about selling your company or gauging candidates’ ability to interact with other humans. Am I going to be selling your products to AI software? No? Then get rid of this stupid fad and make your useless HR teams do their jobs. Pathetic.
