They ask general sales question, nothing to hard. They give you a situation question to see how you will respond, HR reads from a script. its 2 phone interviews and an in person interview. In person interview is your standard bs, what are your strength and weakness, where do you see yourself in 5 years,how mush do you want to make...... nothing that really measures your qualifications in the position.
