Sysco Tax Accountant/Analyst interview questions

Slow, long, archaic How well do you work with others? Why do you want to work here? Why should we hire you? They basically asked zero questions to get a feel for why or how my skills transalate or align with the job description. It seemed that people not familiar with the job were the ones interviewing me. I realy don't have many more words to add, sorry. But, the process was ong, and then even after the phone screen, panel interview and personality test, I heard nothing. Then 3 weeks later, I see the same job posted. I have applied again for the position as it is very close to my home. No response. I see the same positions over and over. Either they never fil them, or they have high turnover. Maybe it is best that I did not get an offer.
