Sysco Spc I, BT Support interview questions

Interview was not the greatest. It was the basic phone screening to get to know you with the recruiter. They do however ghost you instead of following up. Applied for the job online and got an email for the initial interview about 2 weeks later. After the phone screening, was ghosted for almost a month. The recruiter did call and leave a voicemail as well as sent an email to move forward with the 2nd interview with the hiring manager. I promptly replied to the email to schedule a time and was ghosted. After another 2 weeks, the recruiter called to schedule it and thought she had scheduled it the last time but confirmed over the phone this time and with an email. After interviewing with the hiring manager, I was ghosted again even after following up day after as well as weeks after.
