Sysco Category Planner interview questions

A recruiter responded back about a day later from my application. Did a short phone screening with the recruiter for about 10 mins asking about weaknesses and strengths, why I wanted to work there, then talked about the job description and duties. A week later had a video interview with the hiring manager which did not go well, they only really cared if I could do all the duties and responsibilities right away and did not ask me much about who I was as a person and how I could be a fit. The second interview ended abruptly in 15 minutes.

submitting application and resume online, phone interview for about 10 minutes , panel interview about an hour, drug test down the street from company, background check, had another interview with HR before hiring process. waited 2 days before I received a phone call for drug testing.
