terrible process. the person did not show up. they gave me a stinky sandwich afterward. I had stomach pains. then the manager was so rude. the questions were irrelevant to the job posting.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Subway
Interview
Asked if they were hiring. Got given a website and store number. Put in an application online. Went in the check the status (in VERY unprofessional clothes, open toed shoes, basketball shorts, oversized shirt). Got hired on the spot.
I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Subway (Saucon Valley, PA) in Jun 2015
Interview
First they have you meet with a shift manager / assistant manager for an interview lasting approximately 5 minutes where they just find out why you wanna work there, what kind of hours you can work, etc. Really basic, they do it at virtually every job. Then you meet with the manager / owner of the particular store, and he asks you more about your previous employment history, more in depth questions about your long-term availability and how long you want to stay there. Then, if you're me, you get the job.

Question 1
Are you just looking for a summer job, or would you like to work here long-term?
