I applied online. I interviewed at Subway (Fayette, AL) in Dec 2013
Interview
Our interview was like 10 minutes...Barely even an interview in the first place. All my time spent in high school studying and practicing and be grading for mock interviews and the first time I actually have an interview it was more like a casual conversation. I regret the fact that I dressed up and handed him my resume.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
