Question 1
What changes you made and how those changes impacted the store.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Subway in Feb 2008
Interview
Very simple interview consisting of very simple interview questions. The interviewer was basically trying to make sure that I wasn't a bum who was trying to get a cake job. 1:1 lasted about 15 minutes where I was then offered one dollar above minimum wage. My advice is to be yourself and convince the interviewer that you will show up (a rarity at most Subways) and do a good job.

Applied online and was contacted through an employment job board. Corresponded back and forth through the process. I declined the position before she offered it to me. I thought it was good to let her know I was withdrawing.
They wanted to know my availability and my experience. Made sure I knew how to operate a cash register. Trained me on closing and opening procedures- made the weekly schedule if I was hired and took inventory
