Interview
I applied online and got a call back a week later. The interview was very easy, hardly any questions, he just told me the description of the job position and what would be expected. He asked the basic questions like why are you interested in Subway? Do you have any prior work experience? and what days are you available to work? He told me he had other interviews, so he would give me a call back whether i got the job or not, but i received no call.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
