I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Subway
Interview
It was rather odd. They never had me fill out an app. Just went right to the interview. They kept telling me how much they liked me and talked about pay and hours, said they'd call me first thing in the morning to give me my schedule. Then never called. When I called 2 days later, they said they hadn't made up their mind yet...
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
