Interview
I was called by the manager and scheduled an interview. The interview was mainly about previous job experience, availability etc. The interview went very well and I was told a background check would be requested. I waited 3 weeks and checked back every few days during that time to see if it had come in yet. The last day I called she said the position was filled. Beware of being lead on to believe you got the job.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
