Subway Customer Service interview questions

The interview was decent. Nothing you wouldn't expect. How would you react if situation a occurred how would go about it. And has something like that happened in the past.

five min phone call and talked about my schedule. We didnt talk much about anything else. just the usual interview questions, like "what would you do if you had X customer" and other scenario like questions. I dont work here anymore so not sure if anything has changed for the process
