Easy interview. First interview was over the phone. Asked a few questions about my previous experience then told me they’d like to set up a zoom interview with the hiring managers. They all work from home and we’re conducting interviews from home which isn’t what I expected. They asked me to describe myself in 4 words, asked about previous experience, what attracted me to the company along with telling me about the position and the company as a whole. They called me a day or so later to offer me Senior Loan Processor position. Sent me for a drug test, did a background and credit check. The overall experience was a breeze but strange for me as I have never been interviewed nor hired for a job basically over the phone. I’m excited for my future with the company.
