Square Yards Area Manager interview questions

It was a four round interview - it was normal. It was mostly revolving around my previous work experience. All four guys expressed interest in my profile but the 5th guy rejected seeing my profile and without speaking a word! I’m amazed why can’t they do it in first place ! It’s waste of time for me and for those people who took 4 round of interview. Weird actually! HR was kind. But something’s fishy here. It’s not straight forward. It looks like they want people to work like donkeys. I dunno but I really really did not like the way they treated the candidate!!!

It was very swift. Only 3 rounds . Every round same questions. But no package discussion, no negotiation. They will offer what they want to offer. At last HR will give the result on the same day. with all the documentation.
