I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Sopra Steria in Feb 2026
Interview
Interview was okayish, I was able to crack all rounds and was asked to upload documents. It was the final HR round and there I thought to test the HR with some not so comfortable situation and the behaviour of HR was what pulled me off, if they behave so arrogantly and unprofessionally before joining imagine what they gonna do once you join them. A major red flag for me, HR who don't know management and planning are not taking their jobs seriously, so yeah not worth for your time and energym

What is a Change Set?
While not exactly the same as an AppExchage package, a change set is quite similar. It’s a collection of components you want to migrate between related orgs (generally from a sandbox to production, but also sandbox to sandbox and other configurations).
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sopra Steria (Oslo)
Interview
Quick and efficient. Talk with HR. Personality check. On site interview with manager and potential colleague. Had a coding task, which was nicely setup. I had to solve real-world task, which I really enjoyed. Not sure if time was limited, but didn't take too much time.
