I got hired in a pool campus. First round was Technical online test and from 350 students only 140 cleared the test. The questions were on DBMS and simple programming questions. You have to attempt 30 questions in 50 minutes. Next round was Aptitude round which was bit different from others. The questions were flowchart type questions. You have to solve 11 questions in 75 minutes. And from 140 only 12 cleared the exam. Usually the company takes GD if there are more students but in our case there were only 12 students so we went for the hr and technical interview. Hr and technical both were very easy. They only asked basics of oops and family background.

Interview was well rounded and the interviewers were polite. Both technical and interpersonal skills would be useful in the process. I had an online OA, a technical interview and then an HR interview.
