It is a generic application process, similar to many other graduate programmes. Exams and a video interview to complete, I can't remember the details of these. If you pass the video interview you get through to the assessment day. These are held in several locations and you pick which is the most convenient for you. There were 10 people at the assessment day and you got to meet a lot of people who work there and current graduates. The day starts off with an hour of presentations about the company and the scheme. Then the group was split up into two, with half starting off with an interview and the other half taking part in a group interview. The one-one interview was good. The interview was with one head of department and a current graduate. The questions were based around your CV, which the assessor had access to before the interview. Competency based questions based on the values of the company. The group interview was a real life scenario based on something you could experience within the company. You are given a client, some information and have to come to decide on a recommendation to give the client as a group. This task took around an hour and was enjoyable. You get asked questions by the assessors at the end of the task. Next was lunch. This was a networking lunch where we had the opportunity to meet people who work within the company. The last task was an individual presentation. This was based on the group task. We were each given more information and different recommendations for the client. You then had to chose your recommendations and justify why you chose this option. This presentation was given to 2 assessors and at the end of your presentation they then ask you questions. Overall the day was very enjoyable and the scheme sounds really good. They are hiring 30 people and were running 9 assessment days.
