Interview
The recruitment was a part of a mass recruitment held for students from the batch graduating next year. There were 2 Screening rounds consisting of one Technical round and one Aptitude test. Once they were done, the candidates who passed were called for interview at the sopra steria headquaters at noida next day. On the next day, there were 2 rounds of interviews, HR and Technical interview. The Hr round was very short and only consisted of questions like "do you have any problem with shift timings and relocation".
The Technical round was also more like an hr round since there was no technical questions asked and they asked me way too many questions about my background. After that, I got mail after 3-4 hours that I have been selected and they sent me the LOI in the mail itself.
