First stage was vetting by recruiter with questions about AD and Exchange. Fairly easy to pass.
During the time between 1st and 2nd call I spoke to someone who works there and they told after the merger there was a shed load of redundancies and he was looking to get away as soon as possible.
Second stage was a phone interview with the lead infrastructure engineer and I'm guessing his manager. They came on the phone call late and was rushed cause of a issue. Questions were varied about ad, VMware, exchange.
