Sodexo Kitchen Manager interview questions

I was contacted by email by the recruiter for an interview. We talked on the phone and it was very clear that the recruiter wasn't fully prepared. By the questions I was asked it was apparent that the recruiter had not taken the time to really look at my resume and was reading my resume to themselves as we were talking. I was told that a hiring manager would contact me the next week and that didn't happen.
