I applied through college or university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Sodexo (Denver, CO) in Sep 2012
Interview
I got this interview opportunity from a school recruiting. Sodexo inc hired lots of student workers at the minimum rate. The interview questions are really easy. Such as the following:
can you introduce yourself?
Can you talk about your resume? they may be interested on your resume and ask your work experiences on the resume.
Some behavior questions, such as what will you do in some situations? There is no right or wrong answer. They will also make you conduct a online test to test you logic or mathematic skills.

Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Sodexo (Bethlehem, PA) in Feb 2024
Interview
I will discuss my experience with Sodexo and their failure to call me for my scheduled phone interview yesterday at 2:00 and today. Despite my excitement and preparation for this opportunity, I was disappointed to receive no communication from Sodexo. This lack of professionalism has left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about my potential future with the company. In conclusion, I hope that Sodexo can improve their communication practices and avoid leaving potential candidates in the dark in the future.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sodexo (Washington, DC) in Sep 2023
Interview
Phone call about my availability, and what hours are available throughout the week. I was also offered positions that required making and preparing food. It was a very minimal process, and didn't feel much like an interview at all.
