Sodexo Chef Manager interview questions

I applied online at the my sodexo website, the recruiter was quick to respond and very helpful ith the process, i then had to do an assesment online, recruiter then contacted my again to setup an initial interview with the Administrator and GM on site, i then proceeded to do 2 more follow up interviews my the leadership teams at the unit... The recruiter then sent me an offer letter for myself to accept or refuse...

Applied online. Got an email from a recruiter to set up a screening. Screening was just background info only lasted about 15 mins. Got a call from gm a few days later and interviewed. Behavioral questions like what would you do if blah blah blah. Sounded like a script.
