5 person panel where each person asked different questions. There was a human resources representative, a sales person, a Vice President, the director of the department and I think a manager. Lots of different types of scenario questions. Have you ever had a time when you had a tight deadline? How did you get everything done? What was your process? Have you ever had a difficult personality that you had to work with?
