The Shell interview process was pretty thorough and definitely gave me a good sense of the company culture.

Interview
I applied online and they took about 5 weeks to get back to me. The online application included personality test, situational judgement test and a numerical test. There were a few questions for us to practice. They called and I invited for an interview. The first round of interview is a one on one interview, and if you pass this you'll go for the assessment centre (Shell Recruitment Day).

Three-part interview with cognitive assessment, video recording and panel interview. I got to the second stage and am still in progress for the third panel interview according to their website.
