Online test followed by phone interview. Straight forward and you are kept informed on your progress. The interviewer is generally from a different department within Shell, but well informed and keen to get the best possible answer from you. They will prompt you if you are going off track so don't be put off by this.

The Shell interview process was pretty thorough and definitely gave me a good sense of the company culture.

Interview
Three-part interview with cognitive assessment, video recording and panel interview. I got to the second stage and am still in progress for the third panel interview according to their website.

Had to play several games online which test your abilities. The games were fairly easy and quick. At the end of the game, they will show your result and analysis
