I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Shell (Londres, Angleterre) in Oct 2017
Interview
The numerical test was very easy but the time very limited. the video interview was tricky, be sure that you have a good internet connection because you don’t have a second chance.

Interview
The most sophisticated interview for the Internship I`ve ever experienced. The first stage (!) consists of three parts (!). Part A includes timed assessment of verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning skills. Though questions are mostly simple, the time is very limited. Don`t forget to hit at least a random answer for each question you have no time left for - still better than nothing! Part B is working styles assessment - around 54 questions asking kind the same things in different ways - probably need to be consistent. Later you`ll receive a report how well you did that part. Part C - self-video interview. Behavioral questions, starting with 'WHy Shell?' Tip: Questions are asked in a short video (with subtitles!), which you launch any time you want. Until that moment the video is paused at the first frame. Sometimes it contains enough information in subtitles to infer the question. Don`t hurry to launch the video - take your time to prepare the answer.

Question 1
Remember the last time you`ve been in a conflict situation with your team member. What dod you do to resolve it, and what were the consequences?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Shell
Interview
It was a 2 stage process, first stage involved an online video interview asking your typical HR questions, (give a moment when you disagreed with your supervisor?). As well as a Math, English, and Logic test and a personality quiz. Over all hard to prepare for the quizzes it really just go in and try not to over think anything because there is a time limit. Second part is a case study, just be sure to read through the case study a couple times and take some notes. You'll be expected to give a 5 min presentation on a topic given at the time of the interview
