Shell Graduate Program interview questions

online application, online assessment 1 and 2, telephone interview, shell recruitment day. Typically I get to know the results within 7 days. online application: cv and cover letter online assessment 1: behavioral questions, practice questions on its website were useful online assessment 2: decision making questions and numerical tests. i spent relatively long on the decision making questions because i thought through the options carefully. numerical tests were tough due to the time constraint. i could only make educated guesses for the last 4 questions. telephone interview: the assessed part of the interview was really short, 4 questions which took less than 30 minutes. there was also a pilot case study which was not assessed, and that took 15 minutes. Currently i am waiting for Shell Recruitment Day.
