ServiceNow interview questions

Hiring mngr got hooked with me via linkedin. Ok I thought - sounds like an interesting change. I did apply via their hr website. Got an inspiring email "you got picked out of gazillion". Interviews took 1/2 a day. Very stochastic and disorganized. I got a call from that hr person.. in 2 weeks after her email that "we will let you know by monday". It was really out of the blue. She said they want to extend an offer .... and started strange haggling right away. Never experienced that weird trick before. I was not ready for that (and that was the purpose of the 2 weeks' delay, apparently) and asked to postpone the conversation for the next day. Next day nobody was available to talk. I got a formal "thank you" letter in a couple of days. Bizarre but true -- the letter was stating that "another finalist was chosen for the position". Oh well... The position was still being advertised (months have passed)...

Email responses to coordinate several rounds of interviews. First was a screening by the recruiter and HR. Then the hiring manager. Then several interviews with team members. Overall there were 5 or more calls over a month or so. It was a challenging but good experience. They really want smart people who have good attitudes.
