The interview process was pretty fast. Two rounds of interviews in a matter of a week. Mostly covered areas of business intelligence, markets, sales, competition, etc. But I felt that they were not sure what they wanted exactly. Both rounds of interviews felt the same and totally were not necessary. I was told by the recruiting person a couple days that the feedback was positive and they will get back to after they finish all the interviews.
And I waited for 2 more weeks before I got in touch again with them as I didn't hear back. I was again told that they were trying to find a good position in the team for me. I have good international experience and have touched on various areas of strategy, hence they wanted to make sure my experience was utilized correctly.
1 month post discussion, once again I connected with the recruiter and was told that they haven't decided yet and asked me to wait. And never heard back again from them.
Neither the HR nor anyone ever got back with any information. I had to invest good time and resources to get to interview with them, and they just take their candidates for granted.
I don't think I would ever want to join such a lousy organization which cannot communicate clearly with even their prospective candidates.
