I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sephora (Halifax, NS) in May 2016
Interview
It took a day after I applied online to get a email saying I didn't qualify but then I got a call for an interview. And it was a good interview and the lady was super nice and I was so hype and ready to work there. I was told I would get a call the next week for a second interview after my references were checked but they weren't called and I never got a call so I guess i just didn't qualify. Still love shopping here though

activity: from a page of 4 idea options; choose one and pitch it as if you were trying to get funding. Then debate among each other to choose the best one.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sephora (New York, NY) in Feb 2016
Interview
Took about 3 weeks for interviews and all. First interview with Beauty manager 30 minutes long basic interview questions. Next day did the phone interview with field leader a lot harder. 3rd interview with store manager much easier than both interviews. Definitely have resume submitted, be about customer service which is number in any retail industry.
