Sephora Intern interview questions

I was very excited at first but during the interview you can tell they didn’t want you there, and at the end they said they’re looking for someone with 3 years experience but if they have my resume and know I don’t have that then why interview me in the first place.

zoom meeting with my direct manager and HR manager - took about an hour with no time for me to ask questions. It was pretty tough and they asked me a lot of scenario questions
