Sephora Color Consultant interview questions

Very inviting. Was hired after second interview but did however complete three interviews. Staff was very welcoming and I felt as though I was just talking to a friend. First interview was group, following two were individual.

First interview was over the phone asking general questions and getting to know you. Second interview was a group interview where we discussed why we were applying for Sephora, what we could offer them, playing out scenarios, such as, "if you own a company and so and so happened what would you do?", we also did a quick quiz on what homeworks we have to give to customers and etc. The third interview was tricky. They asked many questions about past jobs, problems with the boss and coworkers and within the job, your achievements, and etc. Then I went to the demonstration. The trick is to ask lots of questions and meet the "clients" needs.
